When we launched the Summer Squad last year, offering hundreds of holiday activities and events for children and young people laid on by organisations across Wolverhampton, we really didn't know what to expect.
Would the activities prove popular? Were they the sort of things that children and young people wanted to do?
We needn't have worried - the response was incredible, with over 16,000 children and young people joining in with arts and crafts, sports and games and holiday clubs.
It proved so popular that the WV Holiday Squad is now a regular fixture during not just the summer holidays, but also the half-term and Easter breaks too!
We have been working with partners across the city to develop a wide-ranging programme of events this half term, between Saturday 15 February and Sunday 23 February, many of which are free of charge.
As you will see, there's lots going on to keep children and young people engaged, entertained and active, so please choose your activities and sign up to the WV Holiday Squad today!
If you or your organisation are planning activities for children and young people in Wolverhampton during the February half-term, please submit details here as soon as possible.
